By accessing or using SettleEazzy, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced on the platform. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, submit forms, request viewings, or communicate through SettleEazzy channels.

2. Our role

SettleEazzy provides a rental facilitation platform. We help tenants discover listings, request viewing support, contact relevant parties, and arrange move-in services. Unless specifically stated in writing, SettleEazzy is not the property owner, landlord, tenant, insurer, bank, or legal representative for any user.

We may verify listing information, coordinate communication, and support the process, but final rental agreements remain between the relevant tenant, agent, landlord, or property representative.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when using the platform. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and for all activity carried out through your account, phone number, email, WhatsApp, or submitted forms.

You may not impersonate another person, submit false property information, misuse another person's contact details, or use SettleEazzy for unlawful activity.

4. Listings, viewings, and property information

Listing information may include rent, area, amenities, availability, images, agent details, landlord details, and viewing instructions. We try to keep information accurate, but availability, prices, and property conditions may change.

• Tenants should confirm details before making commitments or payments.
• Agents and landlords must submit truthful, current, and authorised listing information.
• Viewings should be arranged through approved SettleEazzy channels when office-assisted viewing is offered.
• Users should not bypass safety, payment, or verification processes in a way that puts others at risk.

5. Payments and move-in services

Where payments are required, payment instructions must come from authorised SettleEazzy office channels or approved property representatives. We may help coordinate optional move-in services such as transport, cleaning, repairs, internet setup, painting, carpentry, or electricals.

Service timing, price, scope, refunds, and cancellation terms may vary depending on the provider and the requested package. You should confirm all service details before approving work.

6. User conduct

You agree not to misuse SettleEazzy. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, harassment, discrimination, spamming, submitting fake listings, scraping the website, interfering with security, uploading harmful content, or attempting to collect information from other users without permission.

7. Liability, disputes, and disclaimers

SettleEazzy is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to improve trust and coordination, but we cannot guarantee that every listing, user, property condition, service provider, or communication will be error-free or risk-free.

To the extent permitted by law, SettleEazzy is not responsible for indirect loss, missed rentals, third-party conduct, unauthorised payments, property defects, or service provider performance unless caused by our proven misconduct.

8. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SettleEazzy after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
